What to expect
Lessons matched to the student
Lessons run from 30 to 90 minutes, chosen to fit the student’s age and experience rather than a one-size-fits-all schedule. Young beginners start short and focused; advanced students working at Level 6 and above have the time they need to go deep.
Recitals at least twice a year
Every student has the chance to perform. The studio has held seasonal recitals — spring, summer, Halloween and Christmas — continuously since 2010, and playing for a warm, familiar audience is one of the fastest ways a student grows in confidence.
Preparation for examinations
As a member of the Music Teachers’ Association of California, I prepare students for Certificate of Merit evaluations, and also for the examinations of the Associated Board of the Royal Schools of Music (ABRSM).
Visit the studio
The studio is in Fremont, California 94539. The first lesson is a free trial, with no obligation — it is the easiest way to see whether we are a good fit for your child.
